PETER COHEN - FOUNDER
For over a decade, Peter Cohen has served as the Head of Talent for American Idol on ABC, overseeing the casting process and consistently delivering the world-class performers that define the iconic series. A cornerstone of the show's sustained success, Peter played a pivotal role in American Idol’s re-launch and rebrand when it transitioned from FOX to ABC in 2018.
Peter's career began as a college radio programmer in Massachusetts, eventually rising to become an A&R executive at the legendary Epic Records in Los Angeles. His unique path has been driven by an unwavering commitment to discovering, developing, and producing emerging talent across genres and platforms.
Peter has brought his artist development expertise to America’s Got Talent (NBC) as a Fremantle Media senior staff Talent Producer for nine seasons. He is also an Emmy-winning Talent Producer for his seven seasons on The Voice (NBC). His credits further include standout series such as Rockstar: INXS and Rockstar: Supernova with Mark Burnett Productions, and The Road to Stardom with Missy Elliott (UPN).
Peter’s proven ability to identify and elevate new talent has made him a respected leader in unscripted television and music development alike.
JOSH RANDALL - FOUNDER
Josh Randall is a dynamic television producer and casting expert, originally from Miami and now based in Los Angeles. He began his entertainment career in front of the camera—and behind the mic—as a signed recording artist with Interscope Records, and later appeared as a contestant on America’s Got Talent (NBC) in 2017. Since then, Josh has built an impressive career behind the scenes, serving as Senior Casting Producer for American Idol (ABC) over the past four seasons, helping discover and shape rising talent.

His wide-ranging credits include Casting Director for Netflix’s upcoming music competition Building the Band (Netflix), and Casting Producer on major network hits like I Can See Your Voice (FOX), The Floor (FOX), and Quiz with Balls(FOX). Josh has also brought his unique creative vision to Living For The Dead (Hulu) and Barmageddon (USA Network).
